VDII innovation and Drivec.

VDII innovation is a Swedish company based in Helsingborg.Our business idea is to develop and sell management systems which improve profitability, safety and reduce the environmental effects from the transport industry.
We have worked with fuel efficiency and driver behavior with thousands of drivers and managers since 1998.

2004 we launched Drivec manager. A system which improve driver behavior and make it possible to save 15% or in reduced fuel costs.

Excessive Consumption (EFC).

The base of the unique system is what we call EFC which is the fuel which is not necessary to move the vehicle from A to B.The systems eliminates factors which the driver cannot influence like the load , vehicle specifics , weather , road conditions and traffic situations.

Drivec Manager measure the driving behavior and only what the driver can influence by planning the trip and avoid speeding , idling and braking which is not necessary are all example of insufficient planning.
The system identify how the driver perform and inform him or her how to improve in real time using icons which also inform of how much EFC which has been wasted.

If every Driver is encouraged to drive to reduce EFC is everybody a winner including the environment.
If Diesel is the fuel will each saved liter reduce the CO2 emission with 2.6 kg and the fuel bill is reduced with 15%.
If the vehicle is equipped with onboard computers and a screen is the cost of the system only 5500 SEK and a monthly cost including mobile communication of 200 SEK.
With a yearly fuel bill of 35000 and more it is profitable not counting the reduced cost of tyres and brakes and the fact that we can see a reduction of accidents and driver stress.
We can help you to develop the training program for Economic driving which will involve your drivers and management and we have so far trained more than 3000 drivers and we are recommended by the Swedish Road authorities .
